Can I return my scanner for a refund?
Return & Refund Policy
All Motion Scan Systems scanners are custom built to order using high-value, professional components and individually assembled and calibrated in-house.
Because production begins specifically for each customer and includes non-refundable components—such as cameras, lenses, sensors, and precision electronics—all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
This policy applies regardless of order status, including before, during, or after assembly.
Why This Policy Exists
Motion Scan Systems builds professional equipment, not off-the-shelf products. Many core components used in our scanners are custom-configured, installed, and permanently dedicated to each build, and cannot be returned to suppliers once allocated or installed.
For this reason, refunds are not possible under any circumstances.
Pre-Order Communication
We strongly encourage customers to review specifications carefully and contact Motion Scan Systems with any questions prior to ordering. We are always happy to discuss use cases, technical requirements, and compatibility to ensure the Scan Studio Pro is the correct solution before production begins.
