Do you offer a warranty?
Warranty
Motion Scan Systems stands behind the quality of its materials, workmanship, and assembly.
Each Scan Studio Pro includes a one (1) year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, beginning on the date of delivery.
During the warranty period, Motion Scan Systems will provide replacement parts for components determined to be defective under normal, intended use.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Damage resulting from improper use, mishandling, or failure to follow operating instructions
Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs
Damage caused by external factors, accidents, or misuse
Normal wear and tear resulting from regular operation
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not extend to consumable or wear items.
Service & Support
Because all Motion Scan Systems products are built in-house, warranty service and support are handled directly by the same team that designed and assembled your scanner.
